Saishaa Sethi- Founder/Dance Instructor

What started as a little girl dancing in her room, trying to copy Alia Bhatt’s moves, soon turned into family performances to Bole Chudiyan, choreographing routines in my head, and now — a dream finally brought to life.

I’m that kid who grew up completely in love with Bollywood movies and dance. From the moment I stepped into my very first class, I knew this was home. Dance has always been everything to me. The thrill of performing on stage, the rush of adrenaline, and the love from a supportive crowd – it’s a feeling that never gets old. And the friendships and connections I’ve made through dance are truly lifelong.

I’ve trained in Bollywood dance for four years and spent another four years teaching as a dance instructor and technical coach. One of my proudest moments was coming first runner-up in the duet category at Australia’s Great Dancers, where I had the honour of being recognised by the legendary Geeta Kapur. I’ve also performed in group routines that placed first runner-up in front of Geeta Kapur, Dharmesh Sir and Shakti Mohan – memories I’ll always treasure. I recently have come first in the group competition at AGD with Punit J Pathak as our judge with 2 Right Feet Dance School.

I have recently become a Top 7 finalist for Miss India South Pacific Australia 2026.

Outside of dance, I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws and International Studies, and when I’m not dancing or studying, you’ll find me exploring new places – travel is my second love.

I am currently learning Bharatanatyam, exploring the classical roots of Indian dance – and my love for learning will never stop. Every style, every story, every movement teaches me something new.

Dance has been a constant companion in my life since childhood. Trained in Bharatanatyam for seven years and exposed to diverse movement styles like Waacking, Female Dancehall, I have grown with dance through different phases of life.
