Fusion Beat by Saishaa (“Fusion Beat”) provides access to this Website free of charge to provide information in relation to Fusion Beat, including events, classes, workshops, and other activities as more particularly set out in ‘Purpose’ herein below. The access and use of the Website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions which, by using the site, you/the User expressly accept and agree to. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, we do not give you permission to access or otherwise use the Website and request you to discontinue use.

The authorised use of the Website is to obtain information about Fusion Beat’s classes, shows, workshops, and events. The Website may also provide information about other independent entities for general purposes. Separately, the authorised use of the Website is also for the purposes of enrolment and registration of dance classes held in Australia. No other use is permitted.

While we endeavour to keep the information accurate and up to date, Fusion Beat makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

The use of this Website does not grant any ownership, licence, or other right over any Content. Any copy, reproduction, use, distribution, or exploitation of the Website or its Content, commercial or otherwise, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Fusion Beat.

Dance Class and Event Specific Terms:

  • Fees paid each term cover only the classes scheduled by Fusion Beat.

  • If a student misses a class, Fusion Beat does not provide make-up classes or refunds.

  • No refunds are issued if a student changes their mind. Refunds or credits are only provided if Fusion Beat cancels or reschedules a class that a student cannot attend.

  • A credit note may be issued in cases of medical inability to attend a term (supported by a medical certificate).

  • Performance/concert participation will incur a separate performance fee. This covers organisational costs but does not include tickets or costumes.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fusion Beat or its associated persons be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to use of the Website, classes, shows, workshops, or events.

9. Amendments, Modifications, and Updates

Fusion Beat reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such revisions shall be effective from the date of posting on the Website.

Fusion Beat also reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Website or its services at its sole discretion.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute or cause of action shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by Fusion Beat. The courts of Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Failure by Fusion Beat to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such rights.
